At Salahkart (a product of Meruva Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and login credentials.
  • Resume Data: Uploaded resumes, professional details, skills, and scores.
  • Job Application Data: Saved jobs, referral messages, AI-generated content.
  • Chrome Extension Data: Job autofill details, referral requests, and generated messages.
  • Google Calendar Data: Google Calendar integration is only available for students. If you are a student and choose to connect your Google Calendar, we request read-only access to your calendar events. We store encrypted access and refresh tokens to sync interview schedules. We only access calendar events that you explicitly authorize.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and cookies.

How We Use Your Data

  • To generate referral messages, job applications, and resume scores.
  • To personalize your dashboard and Chrome extension features.
  • To sync and display your Google Calendar events for interview scheduling and management (only for students who connect their calendar).
  • To improve our AI models and product features.
  • To provide customer support and resolve issues.

Data Sharing

  • We do not sell your data.
  • Data may be shared with trusted AI/hosting providers (e.g., Google Cloud, OpenAI APIs) to deliver services.
  • Google Calendar data is accessed through Google's OAuth 2.0 API and is subject to Google's privacy policy. We only use this data to display your calendar events within our platform.
  • Strict contracts and safeguards are in place to protect your information.

Security

  • Encrypted HTTPS connections and secure storage.
  • Internal access limited by strict protocols.

User Rights

  • You can delete your account anytime.
  • You may request removal of your resume data.
  • Google Calendar integration is only available for students. If you are a student and have connected your calendar, you can disconnect it at any time through your account settings. Disconnecting will revoke our access to your calendar data.
  • We never post or access your LinkedIn/Gmail accounts without your consent.
  • We only access your Google Calendar with your explicit permission and use read-only access to view events.

Cookies

  • We use minimal cookies for login sessions and performance.
  • No advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Payment Policy

Subscriptions:

Salahkart offers subscription plans for advanced job-hunting features. Payment is required upfront for the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually).

Payment Methods:

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, and other supported payment gateways.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.

Billing Issues:

If payment fails, we may suspend account access until the issue is resolved.

3. Refund Policy

No Refunds:

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, partially or fully, regardless of usage.

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused time.
